Shipping Information:

Your order is shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing. Online orders are accepted 24 hours a day. Please add a day if holiday or weekend when placed. Additional lengths and textures can be ordered. Our machine wefted hair are sold in 3.7 to 4oz bundles. An average head can take 8oz or less which varies. Custom ordered wigs can take between 5 - 14 days for processing and delivery. Please inquire about the estimated processing and delivery time prior to placing your order. Please make sure to measure your head correctly. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements for wigs and can not issue Refund on accessories or hair products. All sales are final. There are no refunds. Exchanges are done only if issue or error on Fay's Lace Wigs'. Hair to be exchanged CAN NOT have any kind of hair products applied to it. It must be still in brand new state. Custom orders and custom units require at least 50% deposit before starting which is non-refundable and can only be applied to wig. Please send us your product requirements and we will send you a quote within 48hrs. For immediate assistance please call one of our Sales Reps who will be happy to assist you.

In the event that you decide to cancel your custom order you will receive a store credit and there is a 10% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued.
